I just saw this posted on facebook! DG Fan Coupon: $5 off a purchase of $25 or more this Thurs, Fri, & Sat (9/30-10/2) with this special coupon offer. Go over and like Dollar General and get your coupon! I checked the fine print and believe you can use this with any other coupons so make sure your total hits $25 before tax! Then first give them the $5 off $25 dollar coupon first then your manufactures. Why that order? Because if you hand over manufacture coupons first your total will drop below $25 and then you can’t receive the $5 off. Good night all and happy country savings.
Here’s a suggested deal scenario for shoppers to use this weekend:
- Buy two packs of Charmin toilet paper (on sale for $4.50 each) and stack with the $1 off 2 Charmin coupon from the August 29 Sunday paper.
- Buy one pack of Bounty paper towels (on sale for $8) and stack the $1 off Bounty coupon from the August 29 Sunday paper.
- Buy a bottle of Wisk laundry detergent (on sale for $5) and stack this $1 off Wisk coupon.
- Buy one Degree deodorant (on sale for $2) and stack with this $1 off Degree coupon.
- Buy one Lever 2000 multi-pack (on sale for $2) and stack with this $1 off Lever 2000 coupon.
Your total price before any coupons for these six items will ring in at $26. Use the $5 off $25 Dollar General coupon, plus all the associated coupons listed above, and you’ll wind up spending just $16, or a mere $2.67 each. Now that’s a good use of your grocery dollar!
If you’re interested in this specific deal scenario, be sure to shop your Dollar General store on September 30th, since both coupons from the August 29 Sunday paper will expire after that day.
